Usege
The item is used in interrogations and checks of various types of persons (spies, traitors, prisoners, etc.), requiring influence and measures to extract and obtain information from subjects.
Application:
The subject being interrogated must be securely fastened to some surface (chair, table, etc.), after which the object must be pointed at the subject, the object must be activated, the mode provided by the interface must be selected, and the interrogation must begin.

The object is a high-tech mechanism or a machine with a control panel, presumably of extraterrestrial origin.
