Usage

Subjects intended to use the Item are required to undergo examination for conscious, sub-conscious and embedded knowledge of classified information in violation of the Golden Silence Precepts beforehand. Should knowledge unsuitable for absorption by the potentially reality-bending entity "Triskelion" be detected, it may be irretrievably erased with BETA approval in order to clear the subject for Item use. The subject is to be amnesticized of all recollection of this procedure before it can form lasting memories.
Subjects intended to use the Item are to be selected for discipline and concentrativeness under stress to counteract the irritability in the later stages of Item access procedure. The procedure should take place under medical oversight in order to quickly recover the subject once access has been achieved.
Other sources of Vitamin A besides raw human livers must be avoided by subjects during the procedure. No substitute Vitamin A sources are to be used (not even if it's Vitamin A extracted from human livers and processed into pills), as critical Vitamin A levels not sourced to at least 95% from dietary human livers will result in failure to access the Item. Cooking the liver will have the same effect.
Recovery is best achieved by counteracting the symptoms of the access procedure. This includes administering Vitamin E and enzymes that help in the reduction of surplus Vitamin A and application of an ventriculoperitoneal shunt to reduce intracranial pressure.
The speed of the procedure can be freely adjusted depending on the availability of livers and the urgency of access. Slower procedures tend to be easier to recover, but often have more severe long-term effects on the subject.
Report
The Liver Network is an extraspatial domain that can be accessed through the consumption of raw human livers. It can be accessed exclusively by falling unconscious from the Hypervitaminosis A resulting by excess consumption.
After regaining consciousness, subjects will report to have been in the Liver Network, which is inhabited by a singular other entity. This entity is non-hostile and generally cooperative with subjects. It claims to have no name, but prefers its original R.A.C. designation, "Triskelion". The time spend there is independent of the length of unconsciousness to outside observers; durations both much shorter and much longer (in one case exceeding 5 years) have been noted.
Triskelion has trilateral bodily symmetry consistent of three right halves of an archaic hominid (most likely Homo Erectus) fused together. The head portions are bend to connect with the shoulders to their left, and the genitals are connected in a similar way to the legs on their left. He can alter his size at will, and has been observed ranging from knee-height to tall enough to tower over an entire city.
The Liver Network can be freely altered by Triskelion by him simply wanting it to be different; however, past interactions with him strongly suggest that he has no creativity or imagination of his own and is strictly limited to recreating things he already knows.
It is impossible to contact the outside from inside the domain using methods relying on propagation through a physical medium; other esoteric means of communication have not been tested to not endanger the Item's isolated state. So far, all attempts to have multiple subjects simultaneously inside the Item were unsuccessful.
The only known way to exit the Liver Network is through death. However, dying through means other than Triskelion is impossible, as injuries simply won't occur and subjects can ignore their physical needs indefinitely. He is aware of this, but due to his generally friendly demeanour will profusely apologize before killing the subject upon request to leave. He has also promised to "search a better way", although success is considered improbable given his lack of creative thought.
Triskelion will permanently gain the memories and knowledge of every subject he kills this way and is capable of recalling them perfectly. Being thus educated in the dogma of the R.A.C. and later Insurgency propaganda, he volunteered to act as a form of non-exotic data storage for Insurgency intelligence.
In the initial R.A.C. report, Triskelion was encountered about human sized in a steppe, attempting to make fire with two sticks. He also had no proficiency in any recognizable language. This implies that he had only had contact to primitive hominids prior to the encounter with R.A.C. scientists. He has since absorbed knowledge of many different languages, concepts and places. His apparent favourite place is standing at approx. 140 meters tall in the Fontvieille Bay in Monaco, with subjects awakening in the Jardin Exotique de Monaco, facing towards him.

Appendix A: Poisoned Apple Protocol, Variant "Triskelion"
The following is an Emergency Termination Protocol for the entity apparently in control of the Liver Network (adopted designation "Triskelion") for use in case of disloyalty, access to the Liver Network by hostile forces, or accidental exposure to information violating the Golden Silence Precepts or dangerous memes:
A suitably disposable subject is to be selected whilst a sufficient amount of human livers is acquired. The subject must be restrained in an isolated room and force-fed the human livers at the maximum rate that can be tolerated without risk of intestinal or stomach rupturing. Shortly before the predicted required toxicity level of Vitamin A is reached, the subject is to be installed with the slow-acting basilisk-class cognitohazard "The Snail".
The recovered subject must be immediately checked for brain death. It has been theorized that without Triskelion to kill the subject, they are stuck inside the Liver Network forever, resulting in the outwardly appearance of being brain dead. This would necessitate another subject without agent installation to access the Liver Network; if it too can not be recovered, neutralization can be assumed a success.
