Usage
Item should be given, gifted or passed to the target that has the highest chance of acting on the ideas provided carefully selected by the Command.

Item is a book the size of 17 X 21 X 1,5 centimeters with dyed black wolf head on the cover and one sentence “The wolf's jaws within” in an Elder Futhark alphabet it does not seem to age as normal literature only mark of its age on the cover, yellowing of its pages and some marks of its usage.
Book effects are filing the target with violent tendencies often resulting in association with rebellious organization, acts of aggression. Item was recovered on 08/20██, when the Acquisition Team W-86 raided the main hideout of the opposing organization after dispatching members in a fire fight and apprehending one of the key figures who was carrying the item on itself. The base was burned to the ground after securing all the necessary evidence and liquifying any members of the group.
