Psychotronics Division

Description:
A reformation of the former Soviet GRU Division-P, the Psychotronic Division in its current state is a group of independent bodies trying to restructure itself. They are presumably hostile to numerous GOIs, including the SCP Foundation, SEPIA and the GOC, and have expressed a tendency to ignore some anomalous objects.

Behavior:
The Division retrieves, stores, and utilizes anomalous objects; to what end is still unknown. It has shown the tendency to ignore an anomaly (the reason for such actions is still unknown) at any given operation. Division assets are highly trained personnel and apparently follow a set of rules for engagement. Furthermore, Insurgency black ops have discovered their willingness to utilize anomalous objects. As such, the Division's goals closely match ours.

Department of Unusual Reich Research

Description:
The Department of Unusual Reich Research (German: Abteilung für ungewöhnliche Reichsforschung) or AUF was a military department of the Nazi German Reich that specialized in the recovery and research of anomalous artifacts for use in the German war effort during the second world war. The department operated from early 1938 until the conclusion of the war in 1945 when the majority of it's assets were acquired by the GRU Division-P of the USSR and the newly formed Global Occult Coalition. In 1998, a paramilitary wing of the █████████ (a known neo-nazi organization) acquired former Reich Research documents from the black market and began the organization again. Since it's re-formation, the department has attempted to acquire anomalies and use them to create what they refer to as the "White Star State". While aggressive and outwardly hostile, their lack of organization and antiquated training leads them to pose no real threat to the Insurgency or it's affiliates.

Behavior:
The Department is outwardly hostile to other organizations (with exceptions being made for other neo-nazi/fascist groups). The majority of the AUF's members (while possessing minimal knowledge of the anomalous) are often formally untrained and not of a sound state of mind, making persuasion and misinformation relatively easy. The group functions in a de-centralized manor with the bulk of it's activities being undertaken by independent (and often competing) cells. Leadership structure is stylized in the form of a standard military rank structure identical to that of the United States' Army. Despite this, the AUF's official "leader" is self-proclaimed "Supreme General" Harry A. ███████, a known white supremacist militant with links to the ██████ Navy. Although the full extent of his control over the organization is as of yet unknown, he is confirmed to have authority over cells operating within south-central Canada.
