If it does become a running gag, I'll have to write an item for my in-universe character to abuse in order to steal even more snowglobes from him.

Just a question about the premise of this piece: If the CI was supposed to have been founded in the 1924, why are there references to modern pieces of technology, such as the internet?
This tale isn't regarding the conception of the Chaos Insurgency but rather the Falchion Revolution which occurred in modern times. It's more regarding the conception of the New Chaos Insurgency rather than the old.

I'm pretty sure this is how it all unfolded but I want to know for sure so that I don't want to make a story that has incorrect history, so just to be sure I'll list the events as I know them somebody who does ACTUALLY know confirm or correct me please
- 1924: old insurgency splits from the foundation in the splinter event
- 1970 - 1990: the new insurgency under the haos doctrine usurp power from the old insurgency during the falchion resurgence
- 2014 the insurgency is operating as per wiki stories item documentation etc.
