I like this new one better than the last, although can I minimize the size of the We were betrayed andThe new army part?

This is my favorite thing on this entire wiki, often The Insurgency is just viewed as a Dr.Doom-style-bad-guy or a undercover foundation group, but I love the ways this is presented. they are just a group with different views and less strict ethics. wanting to prepare humanity for the unknown and advance it via anomalies isn't a evil cause, just a different one.
Which part are you talking about? The Haos Doctrine or the bottom part?

That space background is beautiful, since Chaos is just a very wide unknown just waiting for me to get lost in. :p
That. That's just really nice. Can I use that line?

I don't know exactly where to ask, but here seems appropriate. People kept mentioning Haos as a person, although I only saw him mentioned in the Shrekoning Part 2. Is Haos another tuum est character or a character that we tend to not touch on?
Or am I just entirely wrong?

When I came up with the concept of Haos, I left Haos a deliberately ambiguous figure. What we do know is that he is the current de facto leader of the Insurgency. He might be the true mastermind behind the machinations of the CI. Maybe Haos is just another name for the CI. Perhaps Haos was never a individual, but rather a group of intellectuals operating under one image of an individual.
But like Cad linked to you, check out Project Haos. That challenge was for the community to come up with their own interpretation of Haos.

Oh, spare him your usual banter, Ed.
E, all you need to know is that Haos is supposed to be the guy leading the current Chaos Insurgency. While I generally don't agree on that due to my keeping of the 'Decentralized' canon, think of him as the Administrator of the organization.
Still, why not join the berry side and join me in the Decentralization.

Well although most portrayals of Haos is that of a male, You are more than welcome to assume that Haos is any gender or not human. Originally, I mainly had him set out to be the scribe of the Haos Doctrine but I guess it has been generally established by the community, that Haos the de facto leader. You do not have to see him as a leader, he could be a image of the ideals the current insurgency wants. Think Uncle Sam and Rosie the Riveter. They are fictional people symbolizing something.
I may explain some details a bit further, when I write my pre-planned orientation of the Intelligentsia and an analysis of the Falchion Revolution.

Line. In. The. Sand. Cad. Walk away, just go…
That was not what I was asking for Cad. I'm just saying that Haos may not be human for all we know.

I portrayed him as a single person in Shrekoning 2 because I have a bit of an overarching storyline set up with my tales that extends beyond the Shrekoning series, all of which involves the Hijinks timeline. Of course, what I have planned just portrays him as what I think he is, my personal headcanon.

I personally don't have much issues with this. The only things I want to nitpick are how they just plainly use the general SCP-perspective of viewing the CI. I personally don't think an introduction should state how the CI "is allied to Third World countries, ensuring that the populations and state of those countries are kept in disarray and turmoil, to continue its easy conscription of personnel and test subjects, funding and technology." This more likely pointed out by the SCP Foundation, and for a CI introduction the tone should be kept vague but still ambitious. Blatantly stating "Oh we hire random mercenaries from the streets to fight for our great cause" seems kind of out of place. Otherwise the only things we can change are maybe wording.

Hilarious.
