Oh man, thanks for this. I was worried I'll get my butt stabbed with working on this but looks like you took care of it :^

Your welcome, I'll post up the site rules tomorrow.
I'm gonna say we hold off on making an application process and let anyone join. If we have a problem we'll change it later.
Tell me if there are any issues you feel needs to be dealt with. This is not set in stone.

Why is it that you change the 'most basic rule' part a lot? Make up your mind, dude! :v

I did. Apparently it was too vague so I decided to change it to what it is. Also the reason being that we don't want users to think we are demeaning the site and are meanies. As to not scare them away. Anyways we can talk more in chat.

Caduceus I got rid of the last portion in your edits because well I asked Zyn and she said:
if you do get arrested/shot/kidnapped by the GOC, we may have to send someone to erase any evidence that you were ever a CI member.
She said this regarding the above line:
No, no, no. If there's one place to not do anything in character, it's the site rules. This may be the first page people read. You want them to take this seriously, IRL. Blatantly threatening censorship like this is going to turn a lot of people away. Not only is it excessively theatrical, it also makes the staff look trigger-happy and unfair.

Oh, I guess I broke the rules there, huh? Thank you so much for getting me to realize that, Zyn and Deny.

Well not so much you broke the rules, no It's just that the Rules are meant to be you know, serious if we want users to take us seriously and not think we are joking that's all. So yeah.

Please specify where you saw it saying 16.
Fighting Monsters and Language since 2016.
it said 16 when i applied site admin's must have corrected it before you saw this.
I think the roleplaying rule should be changed to
"Do not roleplay in the forum, except if the admins allow it in that specific thread."
I must admit that I knew this was still on the books, even if it is no longer on the "site-rules" page. Are there ways this might backfire? Yes, someone could feel threatened by in-character forum posts or people could be impolite and then scream "It's what my character would do". I don't want to open the gates to that, but I do see forum-roleplay as just part of the current site-reality.
