Have you read "Angry Admiral" or is this just two geniuses thinking alike?
Check the date, mine is older.
You did a good job, but untill i am sure what exactly happened i will not start a rant, accusations,
praise for this or my regular reviewstyle,

How do we controll the guy?
Even if he was raised by the insurgency, kids go through puperty.
Did we just locked him up from age 10 to 21?

If we had tortured him into it than how dosnt he hate us and jump ship first chance?

If he is broken to the point of nonresistance how can he be an effective field agent?

Sidenote: How do you babysit a cloud?

If he spened his childhood in doors how do you entertain someone with a powerset?

(giving him anything would make him a danger to his captives and giving him nothing would lead to the same result)
