Well, let me see if I can recreate an observed pattern. This could go horribly wrong or I could dodge the problem and fall in to my horror-comfort-zone. Maybe both, if I can manage it.

As long as you can connect it somehow reasonably to the theme of Valentine's Day, that's fine by the rules. I personally hope we'll get at least some love-potion based gaslighting campaign/PsyOps, but I've heard there are people into holesum whaleson wholesome stuff.
Do whatever you see fit, the votes will be the ultimate judge. After LIBRA, of course.

I believe you want to say that you "could not agree more".
If I misunderstood your intent and you actually "can not agree [to this] anymore" (you once agreed, but no longer do), than I would need some elaboration.

I am not replying but writing a new post because Wikidot won't show me the two recent ones here at all (but I can read them in the recent posts page) because contrary to popular believe, Wikidot is not dying, but already in the stage of active decomposition.
Anyway, kexiase has been PMing me offering apologies for the misunderstanding and stating that they can not change their post (most likely due to the aforementioned WD shenanigans) to "I couldn’t agree more."
Also, kexiase seems to be somewhat concerned given Meta's reply, but there is no reason to worry; nobody is holding any grudge because of a language barrier.

So erm, with Valentine's Day coming up, I have this one girl in mind, me and her had dated in the past, and I dont know if she's wanting to start again. I still have strong feelings for her, and I really want her back in my life. I suppose I'm asking for some… help? Advice? I don't know. I think she's the one for me, but I don't know if the feeling is mutual between us. How should I approach this? Should I ask her out, or should I be discreet with an anonymous love letter? I'm the romantic type.
Not sure if this is roleplaying or not… if it is, please stop.
Anyway, anonymous loveletters won't do anything in the 21st century except creeping her out.
As for wether confessing is worth it, I suggest approaching it from the entirely dispassionate standpoint of game theory: She can either reciprocate your feelings, or not. You can either confess or not. Leaves 2 × 2 = 4 options to explore:
Best outcome is you confess and she loves you too, Happy Ever After, at least if you're sure you're not just infatuated with an abusive persona; if the love isn't mutual, you'll be heartbroken for an indeterminate amount of time, but unlike what you might imagine, you won't suffer any reputation damage of similar from it. However, such confessions usually are demanding quite a bit emotionally, so don't expect a definite answer the instant you confess.
In case you don't confess, the chances she'll make a first move are assumed to be neglegible even if she does indeed love you, so both of you will continue living on until you find somebody else.

I'd say that's a pretty clear case for the top row, i. e. asking her out.

I think the question should be "Why did you stop the first time and has that something changed?". The matrix works for new relationships, but I do not know about on-off-on circumstances.
