The appendices were the most interesting part of the report, but they became a little cartoonish at the end.
Some of the modifications showed clear use, such as one of the operatives using the Item to replace his lost legs; others attached absurd parts like a dinosaur's head, which is still cool but ultimately ridiculous.
I also noticed the article makes use of the Gatling gun three times. The first time it was mentioned, it was nice; then it wasn't creative anymore. Overall, the modifications from Appendix B are too random. Instead, I'd like to see what problems did the Operatives encounter that necessitated the modifications, to drum up the sacrifice and show off how creatively we can think.
