Improve the Usage section. If this freakishly-tall and ancient being with a seeming connection to the head of the CotBG is being held under our confines, it has to be useful somehow. As I'm fine with the entity overall, you could at least make it provide some valuable information or do something for us.
Otherwise, I give you props for the interview, especially the flow and Togalai's manner of speech. The interviewer, du Marier, is a bit of an airhead - stammering over a simple rhetorical question like "what is normal?" - and I'm glad you followed it up with the disciplinary measures. I'm not particularly in the know about the Nevermore mythos, but I've picked up enough to see it's smoothly connected to your previous work.
Quick note: a brief log testing Togalai's nature and abilities would help a lot in helping readers understand what he exactly is.
