When you say "produce blood" you mean the natural way, just at a higher rate? Because if that is what is happening, i would say "Dehydration" or "Blood-clot" would kill the targets quit fast. Dose the anomaly produce water? If not the outburst would be over quit fast.
Also how dose it still pump blood once dead? Potential for blood powered dynamos?

More like in an anomalous way. Dehydration and blood clotting wouldn't be much of a problem since Sarkic magic defies physical limitations. Although, I will see how I can edit something in regarding that but I'm not sure.

That last part sound horrifying and perfect for a future article. As for the first part, that only happened to one of the test subjects with the early versions of the virus. It doesn't keeping making blood.
So, combine both versions.
The elegant way would be gen-splicing, and the quick way in via a simple closed loop.

So for me it's an upvote.
- First the anomaly here is interesting, by the fact it's biohazard and the effect that are kind of horrible, it's link with the Sarkicism is just an evidence and the little story coming with seem good for me.
- I'm not so fan of the presence here of L.S instead of a Serpent's Hand member that you could invented and even when we see L.S as the Black Queen it's still logical that she will try to take away such a dangerous weapon.
- Logical because as the Sarkicism like the spread of disease, unleashing such a thing on there enemy is just too dangerous so that's normal that people will try to take away such power.
- I'm still not a fan of the presence here of a link to an SCP but since I didn't read the SCP, I don't know if it was necessary but I'll read later on.
So to conclude, this one here is good use of a GOI and a good Item. I'll try to translate it later on to the french branch.
Edit : For me the tag "scp-foundation" should be remove since they only appear at one moment but that's only me.
