an interesting concept and idea, however, I am not yet voting for the simple reason that it would be interesting to add more details in the "Usage" and "report" section. It would also be interesting to explain a little bit about the history of this object and how it was discovered.

After reading the new version, I don't know what to think about it. I already welcome the fact that you have agreed to write again, but I do not think that the report is particularly in line with what can be expected. I find the object now much too powerful, I think it would be better if you go through the forum and have several criticisms made.

I apologize that my item appears - no, is overpowered. I have tried my best to "nerf" the item, giving it a range of effects, and changed the backstory to keep loss of life significantly lower.
On another note, I appreciate the forum recommendation. I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to this sort of thing, and I (evidently) have no social skills whatsoever, so maybe hitting the forums will improve both.

I was actually OK with version 1 and now after reading version 2 feel strangely reminded of the "Disharmonious Guitar".

The last 2 paragraphs seem to belong more to the "Usage" section.

I would not even describe it as overpowered.

I see its method of picking up a signal more as a hindrance. Once the enemy knows about that part your "super soldiers" might just become "super chill" in the heat of battle or there head pops like a balloon.

In a modern city, where there is WLAN everywhere the chance that another signal than the intended one gets chosen and played is very high.

The way to compensate for that would be to have those under the effect of the item to carry there own emitters, but that would lead to them being easily detected. This could actually be circumvented by having the emitter in an outward canceling headphone. But that would be a very distinctive look.

Also, Rick is actually very much liked, so ether the material has a distaste for old internet-culture or it was programmed in some way.

So much for my thoughts on the matter.

I changed my downvote to novote, the object is nice but I always had a little trouble hanging on to the report. However, it remains a good report that perhaps deserves a little more work, but it is still fine, don't worry. It's just me and my habit of making long reports that make me unpleasant ahaha.

I've got some questions for the OP but I guess he's not around anymore. I think I've encountered a concept about turning songs into something that affects people's minds which is why I seriously wanted to just neutral vote (not enough Usage applications as well, IMO.)

But you know what? It's an upvote for me since it doesn't feel half-hearted even if the concept feels familiar.
