its nice and engaging but i have one or two complaints

1) in the beginning there is a part that reads something like: he noticed his eyes saw, I don't like that, maybe change that to: 'he noticed that or', 'he saw that'

2) I thought Gammas were more researchers, and that paper pushing would be more Delta clearance, you don't need to know about specific anamolous objects and the like if you're just being a secretary for a Beta.

Gamma isn't just researchers. Like all other ranks, it simply denotes importance, commendations and clearance (not necessarily experience and seniority)

I guess, i just saw Jr. researchers in Delta and thought interns and then paper carriers.

For your context only, not actual as Senior/Junior is still used in some branches

Senior > Head
Junior > Assistant

Not that they're interchangeable. They have different uses in an organization.

So in regard to the base six thing calling him Sr. Research Director is Ok instead of head of research?

You can, you may, but take note: professionalism is still an objective for the Insurgency. It would break my suspension of disbelief a bit, but it's not a big deal.

changing several instances in several documents is tedious and goes against my lazy nature

Thank you for this, and I'm sure there are some people out there who think Sr. Director commands some respect ( plus it also gave me a good place for my character to have authority and not many logistical responsibilities).

I don't know what this is about, honestly. There's clearly a much bigger plot to this but I don't know whether this serves as a beginning or an end to a now-deleted storyline. There's a tag called 'stoffel' about which I have no idea. I like this but I'm in need of so many answers.
