I just saw your article. Usually when people post they announce it somewhere, be that under the file itself or the appropriate announcement page. That is usually done because sometimes the passive members just check the recent posts and not the front page.

For what this does I would not trouble Alpha Command. Usually when you get past Gamma this get world ending really fast. I also find it unclear weather the book is written in an easy to understand language or it translates itself. Your handling procedures require gloves, but I have not seen a contact effect in either description. I would also be interested in the effects of translations and photocopies.

If we can just print 20 of these we can let recovery fall to the wayside and have police deal with it. Worst case scenario the Foundation gets involved wasting their time and money and best case we might have a lot more Insurgence at our hand that have actual training by being criminals for longer.

I have also not seen why we should get people nudges over the edge and then immediately extract them. If we need to deploy items in the wild that usually means that we can not get to a target otherwise. Getting two guys in black suits some official looking badges is easier than actually extracting people already wanted by police. If we want these people to be criminals for us do to their position extracting them seems counterproductive.

As for the runes: I do not get the bed, smile or shine, but I appreciate the attempt. It has been a while since I had to use a translator for CI matters.

Anyway, here's what I've been agonizing about for the last couple of days. In the end I made some last minute changes that ironically mean I can't post the tale I had already finished now, but truth be told the tale already had some flaws. I also originally envisioned this article to have actual images with partial redactions to go with Appendix B, but honestly? It also works without them. So I might do it once the contest is over ("substantial edits" - but I'll defenitly SPAG this soon).

My contest entry for this years Halloween contest seems to be a dissection of the concept of death in the Insurgency verse, that links together a lot of things. I actually found out that three things that are mentioned in the text only exist in my sandboxes. I originally wanted to re-enable death as a consequence of bad decisions, but this piece does not do that.
At first I thought that the links were unnecessary, but than I remembered that not everyone might know what I am talking about (and what I am not talking about).

When it came to tagging I read the tag guide and found out that this is only a tale if you take all context into account which is not how a tale works.

I have realized I have heavy agoraphobia, so I suck at writing dialog since I don't interact with people as much as I should. But the Space Pirates have Ridley. In case you don't know whom I'm refering to, it's this space dragon. Now Ridley is not just a cunning, high-ranking general of the Space Pirates with a long history (and "rivalry", of sorts) with the protagonist, he also is an immediatley re-occuring boss throughout the games. Samus defeats him normally, and the Space Pirates just bring him back, better and stronger than before. There are plenty of different Ridleys: Meta Ridley, Mecha-Ridley, Omega Ridley, Neo-Ridley/Ridley-X and Proteus Ridley, to name the instances that are boss fights.

So whom does the Insurgency have to throw into a fight over and over again, each time geared up with some other unspeakable anomalies from the bottom of our "Hold my beer"-drawers? Ideally somebody with already some rep even outside the wiki (early SCP-lore, before the whole "Engineer"-fiasco)? If we had such a character, we could have something in the way the Foundation has SCP-001, where everybody gets to write an own, parallel version and stuff.

Can anybody think of somebody who would fit this role? I'd recommend making one otherwise, but given how great plans tend to pan out around here, I feel that would only have exactly two authors making versions of it.

I see you initially had an SCP-designation in mind for this, explaining the Foundation-centric canon ("Class C amnestics", "Delta Command", etc.) however I don't think the transplant worked out. Many fragments were 1:1 copied, whilst other (at times crucial) parts were left out.

Why is this an "european flag"? What makes it european? Why do you give a full description of its design (vexilological nitpicking not withstanding) when you note how replicas of the design are also anomalous? For that matter, why don't we put up the trivial effort to have every cleared operative carry one of those flags for emergency uses? And why the shamrock — are these irish nazis?

Anyway, of course it is yet another location because those seem to be all I write. Though I haven't planned anything important with the details from this in my greater head canon, so y'all are free to go wild with it however you please. EDIT: In case it wasn't obvious, the theme here was boredom. It's what probably the majority of registered anomalies are: sure, it breaks the laws of the universe and makes us recontextualize our flimsy human existence, but actually, not that interesting nor useful. It just kinda exist. In the Foundation's custody it'd made for trivial containment (just pour concrete around the portals), the Coalition doesn't have anything worthwhile to blow up, and the Insurgency can't really exploit it even though it's a whole wide world in their closet. I hope the stodgy premise was still somewhat engaging to read though.

Also, you are lacking a rating module.

It is a long post of course, but I tried my hardest to make it make sense as much as possible with a lot of resources this wiki has to give. I can see some problems such as incidents or interviews of what the Chaos Insurgency has found. But, I went on this site very recently but I believe I did a lot of things right.
