Usage
The "Cursed Skull Project" began in a Brazilian facility that had the intention of creating a division made up entirely of individuals with anomalous conditions. There is not much information about this project, but many captured enemies claim that during combat they saw soldiers marching against their fire as if they felt nothing, and their eyes were visibly different from those of other insurgents.

It is an elite division of the insurgency formed by individuals with superhuman capabilities, but although they have abnormal capabilities, they still carry firearms, namely:
- IMBEL IA2 Assault Rifle
- A Beretta 92F pistol
- Ax Skeleton Carb 85mm Combat Knife
In addition to this combat equipment, they use the K129 ballistic vest, which reinforces their protection during confrontation
Description
A while ago, scientist Dr. ████, together with Commander Gamma ██████, began working on a project that would transform a division of common soldiers into anomalous soldiers, which would improve the insurgency's performance in attacks against the facilities of the SCP Foundation. This elite division's main mission was to cause maximum confusion and destruction in the enemy ranks to break the defense of the opposing lines and allow the Insurgency to advance on the battlefield. After working on this project for some time, the time had come to put it to the test to see how this new division would perform. The result was a total carnage of the MTFs units, not even the best trained and armed units were able to stop the advance of this new division. The high command of the Insurgency, seeing the effective work of the new division, wanted to formalize them as a special actions team of the Insurgency, which would be used in future attacks on SCP Foundation facilities.

Not long ago this division was used in one of the attacks on an SCP Foundation base, and our intelligence team managed to hack into the enemy radio system during the attack, we recorded the dialogues of the opposing fighters during the attack.
Operator-1: Ok, rapid response team captain, what's the situation?
Captain: Apparently it's another Insurgency attack, they took us by surprise and advanced a lot through the installation, but our teams are trying to contain their advance at any cost.
Operator-1: Okay, don't let them get to the anomaly wing, we don't want them to do any more damage.
Captain: Understood, from what I see they have an armored car with a .50 machine gun turret, we're going to need something to break that.
Operator-1: The team that is being sent has already been notified, they are carrying a rocket launcher.
Captain: Rig-… Oh… what is that?
Operator-1: Any problems captain?
Captain: Some insurgents are marching against our forces as if they were nothing… The gunfire doesn't seem to affect them.
Operator-1: What do you mean captain? Can you describe to me what you are seeing?
Captain: They are insurgents completely covered in black clothes and carry the symbol of a skull on their arms and there seems to be something wrong with their eyes, they are not human! BUT WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE?!
Operator-1: Skulls, black clothes and non-human eyes? This is definitely not normal when you come from the Insurgency…
Captain: OH SHIT! THEY KEEP MARCHING BUT NOW THEY ARE SHOOTING LIKE CRAZY! TELL THE TEAM TO HURRY UP WE WILL NOT RESIST FOR LONG - radio failure
Operator-1: Captain? Captain?! Damn, we lost contact with the rapid response team…
After the attack was completed, the entire rapid response team and the team responsible for communication were found brutally murdered and some members were mutilated and showing signs of torture.
