Usage
It is important that the user is well protected with gloves and everything that prevents the Article from coming into direct or indirect contact with the user. A DNA sample from the target (hair, epithelial scales, blood, saliva or the like) must touch the outer tissue of the Item. From that moment on, any type of action can be carried out against the Article, which will be projected towards the objective. The Item is indestructible, so measures such as shock, incineration, immersion in normal or corrosive liquids, sprayed with poisonous substances, or shots can be used.
Report
The Item is an anthropomorphic burlap doll with a filling that appears to be cotton to the touch. It has brown wool thread sewn by hand around the edges and on the face, forming a cross as a mouth and with two buttons in the eye area.
When the Item comes into contact with the skin of a living being or a DNA sample, whatever the object experiences will be projected onto the living being with which it has come in contact or whose DNA is the same. This applies to touch, smell and perception, among others. Damaging the Item will cause the last subject whose DNA has contacted its tissue (as long as that subject is alive) to receive the damage. This not only applies to harmful actions, harmless actions such as a caress also have the same repercussions.
The Item is indestructible for all purposes, even in its inactive state. To avoid accidental contact with DNA from personnel, the Item must be in a sealed box when not in use.
Appendix: Recovery of Article
The Item was stolen from an SCP Foundation facility. The operation was carried out by a single spy and an extraction team.
Agent ββββββ, an undercover member, took it upon himself to collect DNA samples from guards, scientists, and personnel that could hinder the operation. On the arrival of the indicated day, the spy entered the storage place of the Item (previously known as SCP-ES-070) by using of his card. He then proceeded to activate the Article with the samples obtained (mostly hair or saliva) and squeeze the doll's head with his hand.
He began by murdering the personnel who controlled the cameras, to prevent them from raising the alarm. Then the guards and the containment officers. In the middle of the operation, the spy was discovered by a rookie guard whose DNA was not in the infiltrator's possession, who improvised by grabbing the Item and smashing it against the guard's face, causing him an instant death by crushing.
The facility panicked when staff witnessed multiple near-simultaneous deaths of many of its members, all from sudden cranial tightness. Taking advantage of the confusion, the spy took the Article, tied it to a helium balloon (previously prepared) and dropped it through a window. The extraction team undertook to recover it once outside the confines of the Foundation.
Appendix: Operation "Kevlar Proof"
βββββ βββββββββ, also known as the "Batrachian", was designated as the target to be eliminated. The Insurgency was tracking him for a long time, until they found him in a high security facility. An armed assault was planned, but the defensive structure was so impregnable that personnel losses would have been numerous.
Agent Green, with prior approval, made a solo raid around the scene during the night. With proper isolation, he collected the butts of the smoking guards and returned to the camp. Once back, he touched the Item with a cigarette butt and then exposed it to [DATA EXPUNGED], a highly poisonous fungal toxin with a high risk of contagion (especially if the subject dies). This operation was repeated with the other cigarette butts collected.
The first guards fell by poisoning. His companions were infected by taking their pulse by touching their neck, and they died as well. This allowed the operatives to scale the perimeter unimpeded.
The "Batracio" was found in a panic room, a room with armored walls and a security door. Without tools to drill, it was going to be impossible to open the door and eliminate the target before reinforcements arrived. Agent Green, who was still there, picked up a fork that the target used to eat, touched the Item with it, and after making sure the DNA was correct (wringing a foot and hearing the screams inside), injected a standard dose of [DATA EXPUNGED] to poison him. Whit this done, all the operatives withdrew.
The reinforcements arrived a few minutes later, to withdraw after an hour carrying the corpse of the "Batracio". The discharge was confirmed and Agent Green received a promotion and a bonus.
