Usage
The anomalous properties of the subject have been determined as "Conceptual Metempsychosis". The term has been coined due to the possibility of the subject to recover its psychophysical characteristics even after death. It will proceed as soon as possible with its experimentation. Regardless of where it is identified, it will be available for use in experimentation, operations and missions as soon as possible before 00:00 PM. Must be assigned as a test subject for experimentation and research. Any serious damage caused to it must be supervised by a Level 3 staff member. According to the principles of ethics and loyalty imposed by a mutual agreement between the subject and the Insurgency, any event that includes extremely painful deaths, dismemberment, mutilations in life, slow deaths in unpleasant and/or gruesome conditions must be suspended before they are started, and if the case arises, the subject must be neutralized as soon as possible.
In the event that the subject is unable to identify himself to the Insurgent personnel, proceed with the "Retroactive Memory Procedure" explained in the appendix at the end of the document.

The subject every day at 00:00 PM has a 50% chance of living as of dying, this is explained in the appendix "Conceptual Metempsychosis." He is a Caucasian subject of 1.86 meters in height, weighing an equivalent of 50 kilograms presenting a standard morphology for a subject of his height and weight. He has light brown hair, with facial features and complexion similar to that of the northern population of [DATA EXPUNGED].
He has shown knowledge of multi-weapon self defense, anatomy, psychology, history, philosophy and has also received training to fight and flee from anomalies according to the degree of threat from him. Over the past 25 years of service he has demonstrated gradual aging that would be expected of the average human.
The subject appears every day after his death in any place close to 8.5 km around, in a state of disorientation, confusion, fatigue and with a state of temporary amnesia. In isolated cases, total amnesia has been recorded. After his death, the subject will mostly appear 24 hours later, naked and carrying a coin marked with a cross and a skull. Due to the conditions previously described, finding its location has become a considerably easier task, as well as investigations and field reconnaissance around the vicinity of Point X. In 85% of the cases and of the deaths the subject shows to be fully aware of the events that led to his death.
The subject two (2) times a week is entitled to a break from Insurgency assignments, either inside the Insurgent bases or in the vicinity of his appearance as long as he reports his location. In the event that the subject does not report, an investigation team from Corvus Project should be deployed for the prompt identification of him within a range of 20 kilometers from the last place his death was recorded.
If no information is obtained on the subject within 12 hours, they should be considered "On the Run." And an active reconnaissance team must be deployed as well as all their bank accounts in the Insurgent warehouse must be frozen. After 24 hours, the local police must be notified to determine the active search for him as soon as possible. After 48 hours, all surveillance systems must be intervened within a range of at least 30 kilometers around.
To avoid this type of scenario, a pay of 1000 dollars per death will be available, giving an approximate of 5000 dollars per week of pay. Any other type of death attributable or outside the standards must have an extra credit for their performance.
Since the Incident on January 18, 1993, depending on the amount of damage inflicted, instances of Metempsychosis may vary at the time of activation, as long as they are not less than 24 hours. The subject demonstrated his disagreement and caution regarding the treatment with anomalies and the real possibility that Metempsychosis will not reoccur after a period of 47 days from his death due to his exposure to [DATA EXPUNGED]. The subject must be exposed to harm only caused by non-anomalous and/or earthly means.
They know that sometimes I remember more than they want… they know that I know more than they know…
Retroactive Memory Procedure
If the subject, once identified, does not present memories of the events that led him to ally with the Insurgency or of his anomaly, the Retroactive Memory Procedure should be followed. It consists of the reproduction of a biographical video of 12 and a half minutes made by the subject on the day of hiring him. The procedure is usually necessary to awaken memories of the last 48 hours prior to memory loss. If it does not work, it must be contained and transferred to the nearest Insurgent base to deliver a historical record through audiovisual methods. Once the subject is able to remember his past, he will awaken all the knowledge of him previously acquired throughout his life, including memories, emotions, behavior and memories.

The reason or why of this event around the subject is still under investigation, however, some details have been determined.
The subject after each instance of Metempsychosis is able to maintain a pattern of behavior, as well as a similar psychological profile, if not identical, in each of these events, until the memory of this is induced through the procedure of retroactive memory described above.
The subject will recover the memories of him until the exact moment of his past death and his personality will change correspondingly to the same until the moment before his death, this according to the degree of amnesia that he presents.
Finally, if the subject does not die during the course of the day, exactly at 11:59:30 PM, he will adopt the lotus position and close his eyes. The subject will remain motionless until 00:00 PM, at which time the subject will manifest a coin in his hand with one side marked by a skull and the other by a cross and toss it into the air. From that moment two events in question can happen:
- The coin will touch the floor at 00:00 on the side of the skull and the subject will collapse due to cardio-respiratory failure.
- The coin will touch the floor at 00:00 on the side of the cross and the subject will open his eyes coming out of the trance.

The subject was recognized after one of the historians of the Research Section of Base-7, began to point out the recurrence and or at least the similarity between several subjects throughout history, specifically in important events throughout China north of the US photographs were also discovered in Latin America and even Russia.

The subject would be found 4 hours later in a nearby cafeteria, wearing the same clothes and with no apparent memory of the event. Different attempts were made to make him recover the memory of the events, however, all were frustrated until Agent ββββββ showed him a copy of the interview conducted the day before and a copy of the cell recording at the time of his death. Immediately the subject recovered the memory of the event and proceeded with the containment.

The subject has shown that his reappearance is made through the existence of Temporal Rifts. Once 24 hours have elapsed since his death, in a region of reality from 8.5 km from Point X, reality will crack, sometimes even it distorts the perception of time and reality in the nearby area where the Rift will appear. The point of the Temporal Rift always varies from 1 to 2 meters high from the floor, it is also accompanied by a celestial glow with dark purple coloration, during a course of 10 seconds until the subject touches the ground.
It is unknown if the subject is directly transported minutes before his death to the present or if he is reconstructed and inserted again into our reality through the Cracks. These theories have been dismissed for lack of evidence.

Report: Subject #50 was introduced into the containment zone of the Physical Engine in [CLASSIFIED]. Dr. Dimitri L. introduced the equation ββββββββββ for the decay of protons around the subject. He immediately left the room and went to the camera center. From there he ordered the subject to press the "Enter" key.

Subject is exhausted and shows signs of pain. Control asked him to confirm his status but only made a thumbs-up gesture towards the camera. The subject stands firm for 35 seconds until the surroundings slowly start to disintegrate, some objects start to fall apart, the subject becomes aware and gestures to the cameras.
He remains on alert for another 15 seconds, until he falls to his knees and later braces himself with his arms while showing apparent signs of pain as if it were difficult for him to breathe.
Finally over the course of the next 10 seconds the subject begins to slowly disintegrate from head to toe. Once his head was reached, a blinding blue glow was registered and Dr. Dimitri L.T. order to finish the test.
Note: At the place of the events, specifically where the subject should be, the following code was recorded, written in blue with apparent photoluminescence: "50/0403/50". This remained for 47 days until the subject reappeared in the same place in a total state of stupor. He stayed like this for 15 minutes until he regained consciousness and finally declared that he did not remember anything.
…I remember everything… Even what happened next, they made him angry and pay the consequences…
In the beginning it was considered that the event affected random subjects who had died under inhuman or extremely grotesque conditions. This was determined by a list of subjects who had the same characteristics as "The 50/50 Man" except for their ability to remember. However, when there was an increase in instances, a phenomenon began to be considered and investigative efforts increased considerably. Surveys were conducted around a controlled research area to detect any abnormal increases in particles, fluctuations in pressure, increases or decreases in temperature, waves and energy of any kind.
"The 50/50 Man" stood in the center of an extensive 8.5-kilometer area and was neutralized with a shot to the head. 24 hours later the subject appeared and an increase in electromagnetic waves was recorded, as well as an increase up to 240 degrees Celsius around the Temporal Rift. After making more measurements, drones and probes were sent to collect data, however, none passed the test, losing all connection instantly after entering the crack.
He set out to send a subject who had been captured because he had similar characteristics to the 50/50 man, equipped with a recording camera and a direct radio with mission control.
Start Recording
Control: According to real-time statistics, the subject will appear in one minute from you to the north, approximately 1 meter high the crack will open and the subject will fall. You will have 10 seconds to reach and jump into the rift.

I proceed to the insertion point… everything is falling apart, confirm (you can see small pictures of reality that come off in the direction of the rift as photos, leaving black spaces in different areas where there was once a space of reality The phenomenon continues as the rift turns purple.)
Control: I confirm, proceed with caution around the place and avoid black squares. Those spaces are not of this reality…. (The subject continues until he reaches under the rift and jumps towards it, after a few seconds of static and interference, the signal returns) …Confirm status, I repeat confirm status. (the signal is weak but records the subject's voice with static).
Subject B2B: I confirm, I feel somewhat weak and exhausted but this is… honestly awesome, this is… (subject gasps)
Control: Focus the place, the interference does not allow us to see clearly, describe the place if possible.
(The subject finally focuses the camera and reveals a huge place like a warehouse, with a dark electric blue color on the floor and increasing in hue up to the ceiling in light blue. In the distance, small moss green capsules can be seen with yellow lights inside that are stacked throughout the place, all connected by cables that are directed towards a particular area. All capsules surround a huge pedestal with different light patterns and colors along its surface, finally on the pedestal there is a huge hologram of the planet earth in white with a celestial light).
Subject B2B: I register what appears to be a computer… an observation post… I really don't know, but it has a hologram of the earth and is connected to a thousand batteries…. HOLY GOD WHO ARE IN THE HEAVENS!
Control: What happen? the camera does not record well.
B2B subject: THEY ARE NOT BATTERIES! THEY ARE PERSONS!!! WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU SEND ME SONS OF BITCH?
Control: You must calm down-
B2B Subject: Calm down you son of a bitch and get me out of here!

(The camera turns slowly as it focuses on a lead metallic creature with neon green lights along its body and with a face similar to that of a metallic dragon with red, blue and green lights. After the incident, the instances decreased to one (1), only "The Man of 50/50". There is no record of subjects affected by the phenomenon, but any data should be investigated as soon as possible.
After this event, the Insurgency databases were jointly hacked to disable them. Given this fact and the impossibility of an immediate response, a response plan was prepared. The plan was to assemble an EMP Bomb on the tip of a nuclear warhead and launch it through the crevasse. While it was too risky, it would slow the entity.
The mission began at 00:08 minutes and the device was launched, no changes or fluctuations were recorded in the area for 15 minutes until a serious physical and temporal alteration occurred throughout the land specifically closer to Point X. Subsequently at 00:53, at least 250,000 thousand subjects throughout the earth were brain dead. The number was on the rise until 01:00 when "The Man of 50/50" appeared at the scene.
