| The article before experiment #13. |
The article can be used solely as a military intelligence method to obtain information, brainwash or implement memories in Insurgent targets. The test subjects must undergo at least two (2) tests of psychological alteration as long as these do not exceed fifteen (15) minutes and/or states of mental weakness, confusion or any other symptoms of mental instability are present. The use of the article is authorized in prisoners of war, captured agents or members not belonging to the civilian population as long as it is required under the standards of safety and ethics. Test subjects should be subjected to different psychological/psychiatric tests before and after the intervention with the article. Test subjects must at all times remain in an induced coma and/or lethargy for treatment to be successful.
For an intervention with greater results, the application of the article on test subjects accompanied by psychoactive, psychotropic, analgesic and hallucinogenic substances is authorized (See Substances Appendix). The intervention of the article is authorized in Insurgent personnel classified as Beta Level and that are part of the "Neus CIP-PsIA Project" (See CIP-PsiIA Appendix.) Under the coordination and jurisdiction of the Corvus "Conscious Insurgents" Project Cell.
Report
It is a psychotherapy machine similar to a modern brain scan but with electromechanical properties, despite its poor manufacture since its recovery in 19██ it has shown no apparent signs of deterioration. The article has Psyche-Altering properties for memory, thoughts and their extraction.
It is composed mostly of metal, cables, rubber and has a section for the test subject to remain seated under an adjustable incline which can vary from 90° to 180° inclination. In the upper section of the seat there is a kind of neuronal helmet which, during the sessions with the article, covers a large part of the head of the test subject. Finally, there are 14 interconnected needles between the seat and the article itself, which are found along the back section of the main seat, which must be inserted in the spinal cord of the test subject. They have a relative length of 6.5 centimeters.
The process for its correct operation consists of a series of steps listed below:
- The subject must sit on the article.
- The subject must be anesthetized and connected in the different mechanisms of the article.
- Once the test subject has been secured, the psyche alteration process should be started.
The article has a computer in the back section, in which the vital and brain signs of the test subject are displayed, such as: Blood pressure, heart rate, number of cognitive processes/stimuli per second and visual data similar to those currently used positron emission tomography and magnetic resonance imaging I entered another. Along with the main computer there are multiple buttons for regulating the operation of the article. The main one being the red color to start and/or end the process. And some secondary buttons for the extraction of memories, for the psychological alteration and the implementation of new memories. The latter is only possible through the use of the main computer.
The subjects must be made unconscious before being introduced into the article, once inside a dose of 1.5 milligrams of general anesthesia will be administered to prevent the subject from waking up in the middle of the tests. If this is not required, the use of the substances described in the "Substances Annex" is authorized. The subjects must be exposed for a maximum time of 15 minutes in the article, however, if the subject's life is expendable, an intervention is authorized at the discretion of the designated personnel. The article must be kept at all times under the inspection of at least three (3) staff members of Beta Level or higher and qualified for the use of the article. Before and after its use, a team of mechanical engineers will be in charge of revisions and maintenance of the article.
If the test subjects present spasm or abnormal brain activity readings, it is recommended to suspend operations for at least twenty-four (24) hours, as well as the administration of substances subsequently listed in the "Substance Annex". Subjects with the aforementioned symptoms should be subjected to an induced coma while neuropsychological tests are performed on the affected subject.
The article is capable of extracting memories through visual, auditory and written processes. The spinal vertebra connection provides the ability to recreate or delete physical-cognitive memories. Audiovisual interventions are recommended for brainwashing and memory implementation processes.
During his recovery in Doctor's laboratory [DATA EXPUNGED] in Cammbrige, England, it was possible to recover a file on the destination of the article and the reasons why the project was not carried out or adopted by the British Intelligence Center or MI6. (For more information visit the Recovery Annex).
The possibility of recovering the memories of the old subjects has been observed through a brainwashing process, this can undoubtedly serve to implant agents in rival organizations as well as in the civil population itself for their later use. Its activation varies according to its implantation, this can be through visual, written, auditory and physical-cognitive stimuli, although the latter is not recommended at any time (For more information see IMESCP Incident).
Appendix: Substances
For the implementation of a successful intervention of the article, the use of all kinds of altering substances of the central nervous system such as altered states of consciousness is authorized. The list is set out below:
Substance: Benzodiazepines
Result: Partial Success
Note: The use with other substances such as lysergic acid diethylamide is recommended to generate a state of greater alteration at will of the subject. Its alternative use can serve to calm the subjects during and after the tests.
Substance: Lysergic Acid Diethylamide
Result: Success
Note: The use of the substance in doses greater than 2.0 grams is recommended if administered without the presence of other substances. Its use is completely effective when performing visual and sound interventions.
Substance: Tetrahydrocannabinolic
Result: Partial Success
Note: It is effective when used in Physico-Cognitive therapies. The superior use of the substance is recommended in doses greater than 10 grams, administration with the presence of other analgesic substances such as morphine is recommended. Its use for visual and auditory therapies is ineffective.
Substance: Ketamine
Result: Success
Note: It is effective in high doses due to its hallucinogenic potential, it is recommended to use in Audiovisual interventions. The use of the substance is currently undergoing experimentation in multiple interventions with test subjects, its analgesic potential undoubtedly serves for Physico-Cognitive therapies.
Substance: Dimethyltryptamine
Result: Partial Success
Note: Due to the nature of the substance, results vary at all times. Its use is effective with staff members who already have previous experience in the use of these substances. The "Conscientious Insurgents" cell is authorized to make use of the article prior to their assignments and in the "Proyecto Neus C.I.P-PsIA."
These substances can be used in a wide spectrum of uses and objectives. Its free use is authorized for interventions, any member of the staff who is discovered using substances without investigative purposes will be immediately located and the appropriate measures will be applied for insubordination.
The CCA or SCC Project was a research project carried out by MI6 to make use of the article with a greater range of effectiveness, the main objective of the project was to subject the civilian or enemy population to a process of cognitive alteration through media of communication plus the use of legal and harmful substances. The subjects under this type of substances are usually more susceptible to the types of intervention, the most effective being the disruptors of the central nervous system.
Due to this same issue, multiple harmful substances were implemented under the name of "preservatives" during the 60s. Later, due to their toxicity, they were considered illegal. Faced with this event, the IC began to finance other types of substances such as sugar, tobacco and alcohol, demonstrating undoubtedly their susceptibility to interventions.
Making use of this, it was possible to observe how the local population changed their behavior and thoughts as estimated before the interventions. Unfortunately the project only lasted only 2 years in which despite receiving no funding from the government due to the latent conflict after the Second World War, the intervention of at least 4 villages was successfully achieved. The following is an analysis and registry carried out by Doctor Dimitri L. of the innumerable files recovered at that time.
Memorandum Dimitri L. Article M2E5
After a year of information analysis, we came to the conclusion that only 6 methods can be substantially successful for the intervention of the population, unfortunately due to their nature they can be easily suppressed, so their use is not recommended. Depending on your background (with a proper sociological record) you can obtain the ideal result for your intervention, it should be noted that some elements can be combined to ensure their effectiveness, they are named below:
- Political and Propaganda Intervention: It consists of issuing political symbolism through the media and propaganda to guide society to choose a so-called character or subject.
- Religious Intervention: It consists of making use of religious organizations for the implementation or submission of the population by direct mandate before a religious authority.
- Socio-Economic Intervention and Public Opinion: Composed by the manipulation of public opinion by implementing a large number of subjects in charge of carrying out the spread of a so-called topic, its effectiveness can be increased if it is granted goods at large part of the population, consequently a social populism is generated. The masses tend to drag minorities more easily, it is recommended to use propaganda.
- Eco-environmental Intervention: Undoubtedly serves to perform phenomena such as; exoduses, mass migrations and even the destruction of the environment itself. It is necessary to implement elements such as dead animals, garbage in large quantities or artificial fog devices, the latter is very important when carrying out interventions of this type, it tends to argue that the fog is a direct result of local pollution. There are also more radical elements such as the incineration of the environment, oil spill in the local area or even the release of a biological agent.
In most cases the media play an important role as well as the greater susceptibility of the population as a consequence of a harmful agent; giving important examples as in the Annex ACPsy (collective alteration By substances Y).
The latter can be induced in the population through means such as: Gases, rain, controlled food, shops and markets. In the case of religious cults, it becomes even more susceptible. Other means such as remedies and drinking water can be equally intervened.
The biggest problem with these intervention operations is the amount of money required for their implementation, which can range from 100,000 to close to 1 million dollars. In both cases, if the operation is successful, the assets can be easily recovered.
Below are the substances present in the population which can undoubtedly serve to make the population more susceptible to collective interventions.
Acrylamide: Acrylamide is formed in foods rich in carbohydrates (chips, flours, snacks) when they are subjected to intense heat, for example when they are fried, baked or boiled. Acrylamide has been classified by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) as a probable carcinogen. Unfortunately this compound is not included in the labels.
Aspartame: Synthetic sweetener related to neurological disorders, blurred vision and migraine.
BPA (Bisfenol A): It is a hormone that is found in practically all the plastic packaging of industrialized products. BPA promotes cancer, infertility, and hormonal disorders.
High fructose corn syrup or "Corn syrup": It is a different form in which sugar is included in products, it is chemically extracted with glutaraldehyde, a chemical solvent and frequently contaminated with mercury. High fructose corn syrup has been linked to diabetes, obesity, and mood disorders. It is used in thousands of food products, including products you would never suspect contain it like pizza sauce and salad dressings.
Dyes (Red #40): Related to behavioral disorders in children. Almost all artificial food colors are derived from petroleum and are contaminated with aluminum.
Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMI): This information does not appear on the labels of the products since the large companies producing transgenic food (Monsanto and Dupont) have been in charge of blocking initiatives to label products that contain any ingredient genetically modified. These foods indicate that there are serious health consequences including infertility and exposure to pesticides with which they are grown. This type of ingredients can be inserted harmful chemicals capable of [DATA EXPUNGED] which can be achieved with greater make interventions easy, its massive distribution is authorized.
