Operation Last Crusade
A predetermined attack on each of the largest paranormal and anomalous groups in the entire Mexican region, including sects, occult groups, Satanists, Santeria practitioners, etc. The Malas Lenguas were in charge of determining and separating all subjects of interest that could be useful to the Insurgency, with a successful acquisition of more than ██ new assets.

The Great Siege of Iran
Event that occurred over a period of one month in which several special teams of the Insurgency held a defense at the █ Base of Central Asia against a series of attacks by armed groups belonging to the GoI-██: Office for the Reclamation of Islamic Artifacts (ORIA). The Bad Tonque team, which was in the country on a previous evaluation assignment, supported the other teams, which allowed for an increase in the resistance of the base until the Insurgent reinforcements arrived at the scene.

Anomaly of Interest #2: Ghoul
On the team's first assigned mission they escorted Item Acquisition Operatives in search of a potential item in the cemetery of ██████, Guadalajara. The entity was spotted digging a grave and proceeding to remove the corpse from the buried coffin. The operatives attempted to capture the entity by means of electric shocks from their taser guns, but the creature was immune and attacked the operatives with superhuman strength. The Bad Tonque team intervened and eliminated the entity with firepower. There were four casualties on the part of the Acquisition Operatives.

Anomaly of Interest #4: Psychic Doll
The anomaly was identified as the property of ███████ █████ who claims to have obtained it from the Island of the Dolls in Xochimilco. Although this could not be confirmed it was sent to the Malas Lenguas for routine evaluation. In the midst of testing the doll began to show minor locomotion including the ability to speak a few words. At the same time all objects in the room they were in began to be thrown at the team members by an unknown force. Shortly after the entire house began to shake and the team members standing guard outside reported seeing the house itself being torn from its foundations. One team member shot at the doll destroying it and the shaking stopped. No casualties with minor damage to the equipment.

Lost Item 0016: Beast Head
The item was a Xeno-class anomaly of medium-interest that was obtained on ███████ in the village of ████████. The anomaly had the ability to grant superhuman strength to its wearer, with the side effect of seeing everything around them engulfed in flames. On ████████, during a mission where the item was used against Foundation forces, the mask's wearer, Agent ██████, lost control of the mask which he claimed was burning his face. The team observed drastic changes in the agent's physiology such as a change in skin tone, claws on his hands, and the appearance of bumps on his head. The agent eliminated all members of the Foundation Mobile Task Force as well as several members of his own team. The Malas Lenguas arrived on the scene and were forced to use their armored units to eliminate the threat. There were more than ten Insurgent casualties, plus the loss of the item.
